Delete Your Guava Shorts Account
Delete your Guava Shorts account and related data without logging in or installing the app. Just enter your email, verify with the code we send, and confirm.

You can also delete from the app or website
- iPhone / Android app:Open Guava Shorts, go to My › Settings (top-right) › Delete Account (bottom)
- Website:Log in to guavashorts.com, go to Account › Delete Account
Data We'll Delete
Deleted immediately and cannot be recovered
- Account data: email, password, username, display name, avatar
- Watch history and progress
- Favorites and likes
- Your comments, comment likes and reports
- Notifications, mentions, block list
- Ad-unlocked episode records
- VIP status and on-site subscription records
- Two-factor authentication settings
- Your referral code, signup IP and device info
Data We'll Keep
For legal, accounting, and abuse prevention only—no longer linked to your account
- Payment and invoice records: kept 5 years per tax law
- Referral program rewards and withdrawal records (accounting and tax), ID for tax forms if you withdrew: 5 years
- Referral relationships (who invited whom), IP and device info removed: 5 years
- Your video reports; attachments deleted 180 days after resolution
- Your username reserved 30 days to prevent reuse
- Creator account copyright strikes, kept 3 years after termination
Cancel VIP Separately
Deleting your account does not cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Cancel in iPhone Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions, or Google Play Payments & Subscriptions to stop future charges.
